i think leadership in Kenya, perhaps Africa as a whole, is mainly bad as a result of how we are socialized.
it's therefore not so much a lack of it(leadership) but systemmic chocking therefore eg we have educated people even university graduates who can't practice what they have learned not for a lack of opportunities (coz the many problems in Africa show endless opportunities) but they are socialized to get any job to "shikilia" or "kung'ang'ana". our political leaders do aggressive campaings then get into office and because of how they are socialized they become international beggars!!!!
i'd suggest therefore to change our leadership in Kenya we need to properly socialize our citizens. "bad company corrupts good morals."an open thought
