Welcome to Mamlaka Hill Chapel

Greetings in the matchless Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! Welcome to Mamlaka Hill Chapel website! On my side is my wife Maggie Nganga.

We are a vibrant community of believers in Urban Nairobi committed to the Lordship of Jesus Christ and submitted fully to His discipleship. Our vision is to Be Empowered by his Spirit in order to transform individual Lives, society and ultimately the world; or in short, Empowered to Transform.  It has been my privilege to watch God do amazing things here among His people in Mamlaka; although we are hardly three years old as a Church plant, the Lord has grown our numbers from a mere 350 congregation members when we started (August 2005) to about One Thousand five hundred adults and children.

We have witnessed a comprehensive growth in all our Ministries that serve the Adults, Youth and Children members of our congregation. One of the most exciting programs for our kids is “Kingdom Skaters” , a fun fellowship that brings together children of ages 5 to 13 to skate and learn the word of God at the same time in a fun environment.

Our most recent addition to the Adult programs was the launch of Timam ministry, an outreach to the Young Single adult congregation of Mamlaka; They have a challenging vision to use up their Potential, time and opportunity to be the best they can be for Christ.   We have also been able to expand our social justice / mercy ministries to include Full Circle ministry, an outreach to the prostitutes of Nairobi’s Red- Light District; I could go on to talk about Missions and worship;  All to say God has been good to us- the boundaries have indeed fallen in pleasant places for us.  If you are looking for a place to connect with God, to fellowship with His People, to Engage in His mission, or to learn His truth, Then you have come to the right place; Welcome to Mamlaka Hill Chapel. A place to grow, a place to believe, a place where Faith becomes Action to the Glory of God.  This year’s theme, as we grapple with the challenges of ethnic strife in an emergent Nation, we have chosen the theme “Empowered by Christ, Transformed in Community”  to help us weather the challenge of peace building  as we restore hope to a hurting nation.

God bless you and keep you always.  Grace and peace to the Israel of God

Shalom,

Charles M. Ng’ang’a
